Seminary can be a stressful experience.  So much to learn!  So much to do!  One of my favorite TED Talks is with health psychologist, Kelly McGonigal, entitled How to Make Stress Your Friend.  It’s a brilliant use of academic research to explain how we can manage our stress in healthy ways, most particularly by reaching out to others.
